How many times did clinton veto money for our troops and veterans?

I am too tired to go look up the exact stats but I do know he cut the military almost in half. None of them believe in a strong military they don't believe one is nessasary. I've heard more then once Clinton wouldn't see anyone in his office who was dressed in military clothes. They had to change to a suit. These are still the 60's hipppy mentality we are talking about here. Make love not war etc etc. I honestly believe they think of the terrorists as the down trodden poor midevil folks who are only showing their feelings the best way they know how. And how dare we the big bully super power go after them! That's the only way I can understand why the ACLU wants to defend them and raises hell when they think one of them is getting treated bad in a detainee camp. Our soldiers who guard the prisoners are using hitler like tactics is what one high ranking liberal said. Think it was Durbin. Yet none of them ever say a bad word about them when they see evidence of our soldiers getting beaten to a pulp having their priviate parts cut off and shoved in their mouths before they are beheaded.
