How to become a fluent Spanish speaker?

Spanish is actually my first language but I was born here in the US. So now English is my dominant language. My Spanish is good but not great... Is there any good ways to perfect it? I really sound kind of weird since I sometimes don't conjugate or put words in the right order = /
