A married man is in love with me?

he is married for seven years and have a 7 year old kid.I m married for 3 years...he is my office colleague...he used to come to my office and stare at me often...and often wait outside my office for me when i leave for home...once he followed me on his bike...I DONT have that kind of feelings for him...It was too much for me...so i called him and told him that whatever he is doing is fraud and cheat...he should not do this...he is cheating his wife and family...At that time he told me without hesistating that he is in love with me....he told me to love someone is not a crime...and he is very much loyal to his wife and loves her much...and he is not cheating on her...and he also loves me the way he loves his wife and told me not to discuss abt this matter to anyone as he fears of losing me...and doest want mine and his name to get stain....Does he really loves me...we both respect our spouses and loves them very much....
