What would happen if you lived to fight?

If they are allowed weapons, eventually one will die. You said they are allowed guns...so eventually in one of the fights one will shoot the other directly in the head. Then the experiment is over. Even the best medical care in the world couldn't save victims of some gunshot wounds. Also how is a gun not a "one-shot kill weapon"?
