Does anyone know a recipe?

Just emble a plate of antipasti and eat w/ your fingers. It can include any or all of the following: salami slices (turkey salami to be healthy), black and green olives, roasted red peppers, fresh mozzarella, fresh tomato slices, marinated artichoke hearts, hummus, pita triangles, thinly sliced baguettes w/ bruschetta topping, etc.
