Should that Navy Enterprise Captain who showed the raunchy video have been relieved of command?

I heard that the video he is accused of making is more than two years old. In that time nobody complained. But now because its in the news he has been relieved of command. Personally I don't feel comfortable as an outsider jugging this man for his behavior. If this is something that so many men and women have been comfortable with for so long, who am I to judge? And why should my opinion matter?
