Are there women in HVAC (heating & air condition)?

I am working for my father, who has his Master's in HVAC. I know there are women in the business, but they are mainly butch. I am a 23 yr old black women, and in my area, it's seems to be no black women in the business. I am going thru hands on training for the next few months for this, afterwards, I'll be the head of our service department while my father handles the installs. I just wanted to know if there are any black women in the business or straight women period or am I the only one in this endeavor?
