Does the starting pitcher get a win or loss if?

For a SP to get a win he must pitch at least 5 innings leave the inning with a lead and his team must never lose the lead after he is taken out. If the score is tied when while it is the top of the inning his offense has the bottom of that inning to take the lead and vice versa. If the score is tied and the team scores and wins the game, the starter gets a no decision. EXCEPTION. If pitcher leaves a tied game with batters on and these batters score, the pitcher is charged with earned runs and the loss.
