My brain, face, and body are vibrating.?

I'm 23 and this has been going on and off for about 8 years. It's gotten progressively worse, and right now, I can barely walk without almost ping out/falling over. It feels as though there's a vibrator in the middle of my brain. It affects my vision, and is giving me a migraine. It's not vertigo, and I'm so frustrated! It's the middle of the night, so I can't call my doctor. I would go to the ER, but I don't want to go unless it's serious. This FEELS quite serious, but nobody has ever taken me seriously. Any advice? I take prescription meds, and don't do illegal drugs. I've had these episodes both on and off of my meds, so they aren't med-related.
