Culturally Speaking, Why do Bl @ck Women look so bad with red lipstick?

The "ew" one doesnt look that bad in my opinion..actually looks prettier. But maybe different tones of skin need different lipstick tones but who cares if red doesnt look good on certain people..thats why theres other colors
