Is this poem good enough to win a big poetry competition, the top prize is $2500?

As much as it's descriptive if you're looking for the honest truth...it's good, but I don't think 2500 worth. Not offense or anything, but for a top prize it has to really impress people. Again it's very descriptive, but nonetheless - you should try entering it anyway. And keep writing :) Your writing has a lot of potential :) ,but yeah don't listen to what I said. Enter it anyway.
