What villain do you think and/or want to be in the 3rd installment of the Batman Begins & Dark Knight Series?

Hopefully you realize I am talking about the 2005 movie Batman Begins and the 2008 movie The Dark Knight. Ok so in Batman Begins we had Ra Al Ghul as the main villain and The Scarecrow as a secondary villain. In The Dark Knight we had a few minutes of The Scarecrow and as you all know the infamous and villain The Joker. Heath ledger's acting as The Joker was superior and since he's dead I think that no one could replace him. I think that they should leave The Joker out of the third movie and maybe see if we can't get more of The Scarecrow and another villain, probably Two Face or The Riddler, or both (three villains would be awesome). By the way I think that The Scarecrow is not in prison because in The Dark Knight the man that The Joker had captured was one of the fake Batman want to bes, which Batman had tied up along w/ two Batman other fakes, The Scarecrow, and some mob ppl who'd been bitching to Scarecrow about having them sell some of his mind poison to ppl. Since that fake was next to Scarecrow I think that The Joker let The Scarecrow go. So do you think we will see Scarecrow again, Two Face again, or a entirely new to the series villain like The Riddler. Or do you want someone else?
