Where can I find Disney Mania 4 sheet music?

I really like the Disney Mania 4 version of "A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes" (performed by the Circle of Stars) and I want the sheet music so I can play it on my keyboard. I have searched in almost every website where you can get sheet music (free or not) and I have only found the original version. I really would like to have the DM 4 version. Where can I find it???
