How do you stop a Cello bow from squealing on the A and D strings?

My cello bow is in the shop being rehaired and the replacement courtesy bow Is new. But fibergl. I rosined it diligently it squeals on the top two strings. The cello has never done that before. Too much or too little rosin? Help?
